What Would You Do?
The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources functions of within PFG. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to handle various HR responsibilities. The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing and manipulating data in order to provide information and structure relating to the HR function of the organization. The HR Analyst is also instrumental in identifying trends and key performance indicators to make business decisions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position would include:
- Human Resources Information system (HRIS) - implementation and maintenance. Dayforce and ADP Experience beneficial
- HR support for Payroll platforms and integration
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting needs such as Turnover Reports, Termination Report, Employee Counts, Salaries, and other HR Metrics as needed.
- Support Performance Review season through pushing out forms and tracking metrics of completion
- Supports all HR function as business needs arise such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and training and development.
- Hands on approach to the position, understanding that there will be tasks and responsibilities at all levels and not afraid to “roll up your sleeves”
What Do You Bring?
- 5 years in progressive HR experience, past Manufacturing knowledge an asset
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resource Management
- Experience in HRIS, ADP and Dayforce preferred
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate ideas or information to all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for reporting purposes
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe
- Big picture thinking
- Ability to prioritize workload, handling multiple projects in a timely manner
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- You enjoy working as part of a team and can also work independently
- Detail oriented
- Solutions based approach to solving problems
- Must have drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Hungry/Humble/Smart in your approach
